Changes & Refunds
At Gotan Craft Brewery Company SÀRL we strive to offer excellent customer service throughout the purchase process.
We only offer refunds for the cases listed below:
- In the event that the product received is not the one you selected in the purchase process and it does not present anomalies (merchandise contains all the seals, has not been used, its box is in perfect condition, has the purchase receipt or invoice).
- In the event that the product received is the one that you selected in the purchase process but it is damaged or in poor condition.
In both cases you can request a refund or exchange.
To start a return or exchange process you must follow the steps listed below:
- You must communicate within 5 days of receiving the product by sending an email to email@example.com. An answer to your query will be provided as soon as possible.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved and a refund is required instead of a product exchange, consider that products purchased with special offers or discounts will be refunded for the same value as the promotional price.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your bank. There are often some processing times before a refund is completed, between 10 to 20 business days.If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at email@example.com
