Shipping Policy
Gotan Craft Brewery Company SÀRL ("we") is the operator of (https://bieregotan.ch) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. They are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to these terms to protect each other and set expectations about our service.
General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate counts of existing products on the website, but from time to time there may be a discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all products at the time of purchase. In this case, we will contact you to find out if you prefer to wait for the pending product or if you prefer a refund.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the products. Shipping payment will be paid at the time of purchase and the price will be the final price of the cost of shipping to the customer.
Shipping times
Depending on the method chosen, shipping times may vary:
DPD shipping times: 7 to 10 business days once the original purchase invoice is received via email, in which a tracking number will be indicated to be able to locate your shipment on the corresponding courier website.
Local Delivery times: 5 to 7 business days once the payment is received.
Processing times
After payment is successfully received, orders are processed and delivered to the courier within 2-4 business days. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, except weekends, holidays or after hours. In these instances, we try to ensure there are the fewest delays.
Change of shipping address
We may be able to change the address if you contact us before we ship the orders to the courier. Contact sales@bieregotan.ch as soon as possible. In case the order has been dispatched, you must contact the transport company.
Delays
If your product has not arrived and has exceeded 20 business days, please contact us to sales@bieregotan.ch so we can initiate an investigation and take the necessary action.
Notifications and order tracking
When your order has been processed and sent to the courier, you will receive in your email all the information about the location and waiting times of your order. In this email you can find the tracking number from which you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates available from the courier website.
Shipping damage
If you receive your order damaged, you can contact us immediately to see if it qualifies for a refund.

Cancellations
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we can help you by contacting us before we ship the orders to the courier. Contact sales@bieregotan.ch as soon as possible.
Lost order
