1. How do I place an order?
Choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to Cart", once you have selected the products you want, complete the corresponding data in the "Checkout" section and then click on "Complete purchase".
Once your order and payment has been validated, you will receive your first confirmation email and later a second email with your Tracking Code (in case of selecting delivery by shipping method).
2. Where can I receive my order?
Currently we only deliver in Switzerland.
3. Can I ask for a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately the delivery times are set by the shipping companies and are not configurable.
4. What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight of the items + the shipping distance. Once you have completed your address and zip code in Checkout, the shipping costs, methods and companies available will appear.
5. What are your current estimated delivery times?
We offer delivery to all Switzerland with DPD: 7 to 10 business days.
We also offer Local Delivery to certain zipcodes: 5 to 7 business days.
In times of COVID there can be delays. Be patient, your products will arrive!
6. How can I check the status of my shipment?
After the purchase, you'll receive an email with your Tracking Code to locate your order on the shipping company website.
7. What happens if I receive my order and it's incomplete and/or one of the products arrives broken, in poor condition or is not the chosen product?
Before packing the orders we take measures to avoid damage during transport and/or mistakes. If a mistake happens, contact us immediately to sales@bieregotan.ch

8. What payment methods do you accept?
Debit card & credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple Pay.

10. What is Free Delivery, and what zip codes qualify?
Free Delivery is a shipping service option Gotan offers to our brewery neighbors. It’s free! Qualifying zip codes: 1237, 1285, 1287, 1286, 1233, 1236, 1242, 1281, 1283, 1284, 1288, 1232. (Bernex, Avully, Avusy, Laconnex, Soral, Confignon, Cartigny, Satigny, Russin, Dardagny, Chancy, Aire-la-Ville.)
